This was taken from the observation deck of the Palm View at Nakheel Mall. The deck is 240m high, at level 52, and has all-round views of the city and beyond. This image looks towards the Atlantis hotel & the Gulf beyond. The leaves of the palm design fan outwards from this central stem.
